Welcome! Humphrey Elementary is one of two elementary schools in the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted School District. Our student enrollment hovers around 275, grades K-4, and is the home for several classes of preschool. What's great about Humphrey Elementary? We have a terrific community of learners, a great staff, and we strive to meet our learners at their level to offer both challenge and success. Humphrey proudly is a 2012 National Blue Ribbon Schools Award honoree based on students' consistent high achievement.
